How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6008672 / WP35001050 Dryer Lint Filter (Lint Screen)

Ordered the part and put it in place in seconds! 

Simply bought another and placed it inside the dryer door!

I'm staying at a friends vacation home and the lint trap broke. You can't really use the dryer without the trap because it can turn into a fire hazard. The place is sort of in the middle of nowhere and the nearest appliance parts store is 2 hours away. I found this online and they had the part to me in two days. Very happy.
