I watched You Tube and it gave me an idea of what was was wrong.. The motor was frozen. There was not room here to comment about the service that I received . It is only one word fantastic, from the time I started chat with the rep to the time I finished. Amazing. I order the part on Tuesday and I received the parts on Wednesday. That night when I came back from work, I fixed . Everybody at home was happy that the dryer was back in business. Thank you guys and the amazing Representative that helped me.
