Kathy F Tuscaloosa , AL April 03, 2016 Samsung dryer lights would power up but not turn on After unhooking all power, I opened up the Samsung dryer to realize I would need to order a roller replacement. I ordered the part and followed video to put on roller, replace belt, and put dryer back together. The video was a big help to me. Believe me if I can do this, you can do this by yourself. One thing I also did was take a pic of any wiring I was about to disassemble. This made putting the dryer and wiring back together much easier. Good luck Read More... Kevin B Placentia , CA August 01, 2014 The belt tensioner wheel bearing seized up which broke the wheel and caused the belt to disengauge I turned off the dryer, unplugged it , and removed the dryer vent from the back. I removed the screws from around the vent access and removed the 1' section of dryer pipe that inserted into the dryer. I unscrewed the idler arm ( the belt tensioner) and removed it. I then screwed in the new arm and wheel assembly and then attached the belt around the idler arm and finally back around the motor pulley. Then reassembled the vent pipe and connected everything back together. Started it up, and everything worked. Read More...
