How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6019189 / WPW10308285 Burner Grate Grommet (Silicone)

They were a perfect fit. You just had to push the grommets in the hole. Shipped fast!! 

Called and provide requested information, ordered the part. 

Put the new ones in, put the stove back together, all done in less time than this survey. 

Pushed them into the existing holes. 

The previous owner had bought Camco grommets for the stove. These were for a different manufacturer’s grill top made of thinner steel rod and so the hole was too small. I looked up my stove part number online at AppliancePartsPro and purchased the correct parts. They fit perfectly and the grill top installers easily now after cleaning the stovetop 

Ordered the replacement grommets and installed them 

I order replacement rubber gaskets from Applicance Parts. 

The new gromets with the metal are the right ones and of course works as it should. Keeping the surface level and the flame at a safe distance from the pan. The RV dealers don't offer the right part. The Lazy Days RV had the wrong part...our Entegra dealer told us the part was not available. Thanks.
