I've had this washer for 17 years. Based on the serial number it's 27 years old, and I believe it's never been serviced. I found a video online about how to open up the washer: Remove two screws from the bottom of the front panel, pull out the front panel from the bottom, then lift the panel and unlatch two hooks at the top. From there I could see that the water was leaking from a hose attached to the bottom of the drum. I found a new hose and clamps on several websites, but appliancepartspros.com had the easiest website and it was the least expensive, even when including next-day shipping.
