How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6010715 / WP71003401 Clock (Oven Control Board)

Ordered and installed new part 

Shut off power. Open oven door and remove 4 screws to remove control panel face plate. Remove 3 connections from wiring harness allowing panel to be completely disconnected. Remove 4 screws from electronic board. Replace electronic board. Connect using 4 screws, reconnect wiring harness connections and reconnect control panel face plate. Restore power. Less than 10 minutes to repair. 

I searched for the Issue I had - Dim Display, for the make and model of the oven I owned. Your website experience was very positive. Easy to find the part. Messages from other customers confirmed there issue and this solved the problem. I was amazed that I ordered the product at 4:pm on a Friday and I received it by Noon on Saturday. The whole process was 5 min - infact I did it while we had guests over for a party. Great website, customer service and much better solution than replacing the oven at $2500 

Ordered the control board and it was received in 2 days. Replaced it in less than 10 minutes. 

REPLACED OVEN CONTROL BOARD. 

Changed it out, looked on You tube to see how to accomplish the removal. 

Ordered a new or remanufactured board from ApplianceParts and installed it. 

Simple repair! Just removed the face cover, replaced the display board, and reinstalled the face. Took 10 minutes and looks beautiful.

Replaced the clock/oven readout part.
