How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6016421 / WPW10180782 Electronic Control Board (Main User Interface/Control)

I replaced the water fill sensor as so many places suggest. That did not work as so many places suggest. Eventually i fell into appliancepartspros.com and saw there suggestion of a new ccu. I did some checking but was nervous about buying an expensive part ani it not working. With appliancepartspros,com I didn't have that concern as they have a great return policy. As it went, the washer worked perfectly. It took me about 40 minutes and only required a nut driver, screw drivers, and now it runs great!! 

Replaced control board. A liitle challenge removing old board Push locking tab and board slides out toward the back. Swapped Wire connections one at a time so not to mix them up. New board back In place and everything works! Very fast shipping!
