Elsa K Spring , TX September 03, 2020 Top and bottom dishwasher racks were rife with rusty broken prongs Ordered replacement racks -- it was so easy, just typed in my model number to get manufacturer parts from y'all! I watched some of a video on installation and when my replacements arrived I was able to switch the rollers and tubes that direct the water flow without much trouble (other than my fingers are not the strongest in the world with all that snap in place). It's like having a brand new dishwasher on the inside and no longer are my fingers getting scratched where the coating had worn off and rusted but at least I think I didn't have to worry about getting tetanus from the rust because after all, it was inside the dishwasher where things are cleaned. And the best part of all, saved more than $100 on the cost instead of if I'd ordered directly from the manufacturer.
