I replaced most everything that had to do with making or regulating the heat in the dryer. It is a gas dryer setup for propane. I have had the dryer apart before to replace the thermistor and to unclog the water mister port, so it did not take me very long to disassemble the dryer to get to the parts I wanted to replace. This time I also replaced the belt and drum rollers since the unit is over 15 years old now. All together the repair took me 4 hours start to finish and cleanup. It would have been less time, but I also cleaned the fan rotor while I was in there and applied new seal material around the fan enclosure cover and the lint catcher because I was having some bypass. It was a lot better than forking out $900+ for a replacement that is not built as well. Works better than new now!!!
