How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6010824 / WP74003019 Oven Bake Element

Replaced with new part. 

Thanks to you, I was able to purchase replacements and they have been installed and everything works perfectly. Because of you I was able to forgo the price of a brand new range. Thanks for the savings. 

My son took out the defective part. I researched the internet and found your company on line. And ordered the part. What a blessing...it arrived the next day. It only took minutes to install. And hurray the oven was workable again and Thanksgiving was saved. 

Received a replacement element in only 2 days; with help from the video, installed in only 20 minutes. 

Ordered new part from Appliance Parts Pros. Received new replacement part within 2 days. Shut off breaker. Removed the two oven racks and then removed the old burnt element with a screwdriver making sure the wires that were attached to the element did not fall back into the stove. Then, clipped the two wires (one on either side of stove) to the new element by gently squeezing with needle nose pliers to ensure good connection. All that was left to do was to screw the new element back in place (using the old screws). Turned the breaker back on and fired up the oven to 450 degrees. Element heated up as expected. Let it heat for about 4 minutes to help burn off some of the ‘new’ smell from the element. Turned oven off and returned the shelves to the oven. All in all a good shopping experience. Thank you.

I got on the internet typed in what I needed web site for appliance parts pro so I checked it out found the part got the part pretty fast. went unpluged the stove took two screws unpluged two wires took the old one out hooked everything back up with the new and was done 

Googled you guys, followed your excellent directions on the video, which convinced me that I could do this myself. My part arrived in 2 days, I installed it and voila, I'm good for another couple of decades. Thank you for the excellent service, advice and those wonderful videos.
