How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP3769371 / 285976 Front Load Washer Drum Baffle Kit

Bought the kit of baffles and used one. Used the 3 screws supplied as all were missing in the machine. Went easily just like in the video. Easy fix. Will save the remaining 2 baffles just in case.

I went to your website and ordered the 3 baffle repair kit and it was at my house in 2 days. I just open the front door of the washer and click on the new baffle. I had a little trouble getting the plastic tabs to slide under the metal tabs in the washer but all of a sudden the baffle just click into place and the job was done. I had ordered the 3 piece repair kit because I had already replaced one and this was the second that broke off so, I thought if the last one broke, I would have the replacement part already here 

We ordered a set of new baffles. We used your video on how to install the new baffle, which was very helpful. We discovered that all the baffle screws were missing so we replaced all 3 with the included screws. 

Very easy fix. Just fitted replacement in place and pulled forward to lock in. You could screw in but I found that was not necessary. Did it by myself, did not require help from my husband. 

Fast and easy. Ordered the parts from APP pros, got them fast and popped them in and was back washing again. 

Just need to snap new baffle in place. Wish they could fasten them in better than few little plastic prongs. Frustrating!! 

Ordered new ones and replaced them. 

After watching the video, I followed the direction and was able to replace the baffles without any problem. 

I ordered the replacement kit. The replacement baffle just slides into place. It could not have been easier. It was actually tougher to look up the part (until my wife found the serial number on the inside of the broken part).
