Luckily my late husband kept all paperwork on things so I pulled it out and of course he had written down the model/serial numbers. I went on internet to see about replace parts and found your company. To my surprise I found the parts and decided to order the detergent tray also. They were here so fast I really couldn't believe it. I was going to have my son-in-law replace the parts for me but he is working at the local hospital and needless to say, extremely busy. So I thought I would try to do it myself (ha ha). Well I played your videos and believe it or not I did it (different type of screwdriver needed). At 68 years old I was extremely pleased with myself.
