Thawed out the ice-maker area and finally got the cracked bin removed. Took out the ice-maker assembly by pressing the side tabs and unplugging the connector. Found the ice tray was cracked, which caused the leaking and freezing issues.
Called a local appliance parts store, but the ice-maker assembly and ice bin were over $500. Ordered from you instead and saved almost $200. The replacement took less than five minutes, and now I know exactly what to look for in the future. Parts arrived in two days. Super easy repair.
