How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6008209 / WP3378138 Dispenser Lid

My Whirlpool dishwasher is 15 years old and the soap dispenser had been leaking soap for about 10 years. I never had it fixed because I hated to spend $130 for a service call. Then I came across the AppliancePartsPros video on YouTube about how to change the part myself. I was amazed at how easy it looked to fix. Then I came to their website and saw how easy it was to get in touch with customer service. Their rep was there to answer my questions on a Sunday...I was very impressed. So I ordered the part...it arrived very quickly! I watched the video again while I was changing out the old part. The fix was done in less than 5 minutes! I wish I would have found AppliancePartsPros 10 years ago!

Replaced lid and latch assembly, 

I was just going to change the seal, but after I took out the old seal there was still some that wouldn't come off and there was mold that I couldn't get out, so I decided to change the whole door. Unfortunately I did not have directions with my package so I went on line to your fix it website and the video help me replace the whole door in about a minute.
