How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP4316872 / W10139223 Lower Dish Rack

Simply replaced it 

Bought news ones and replaced it. All I had to do was take out the old ones and put in the new ones. The hardest part was taking out the end caps on the top rack roller. The whole thing took less than 5 minutes. 

We just ordered a new part on ApplianceParts Pros.com easy to use website. Part was here in 48 hrs' We will be back next time a part is needed!!!

I ordered new replacement racks from AppliancePartsPros. The replacement racks matched perfectly and were priced lower than other sites I looked at. 

Ordered the parts from this site, received them 1.5 days later. Watched the videos on how to install and was up and running in ten minutes. 

I ordered a new rack. It was here in two days!! It had wheels on it so all we needed to take off of the old one was the sprayer in the center of the rack. Looks fantastic and now we're ready for another 13 years. 

The place I bought the dishwasher from said that Whirlpool had quit making that part and he doubted I could find a rack -- then I noticed guaranteed results or your money back from Appliance Parts Pros: I ordered a rack, it came in a couple of days (even though it was backordered) oops then I didn't realize the water tower was stuck on the old part, uh oh -- called the tech help and the guy told me to twist the tower left and it would come right off and then put it on the other new dishrack -- voila! all is working again, I like the new dishrack even better than the original -- would really recommend this company although I think companies that sell dishwashers don't want this getting out -- most people buy a new dishwasher -- I spent $164 (rack) instead of $700+ (for a new sanitizing dishwasher)! 

The replacement rack was almost identical to the original, with the exception of one small feature we rarely use that allows for the placement of large bowls. The only trick was to remove and reinstall the vertical irrigator, which we figured out by twisting it.
