This conversion was simple to accomplish. First, I watched the video on the replacement part page, and step by step was able to complete the conversion. Then I gathered all the suggested tools (I also needed two flat blade screwdrivers which weren't mentioned). Then watching the video and pausing each time I needed to complete an action, I was able to remove and insert the new parts. Replacing the parts was the easy part - it was the dis-assembly of the dryer and reassembly that would have been tricky. The video made it so clear and simple, the job was done in half the time they suggested.
