How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6016875 / WPW10199701 Silverware Basket

Bought new one and cable tied it in position. This kept it hanging on side above heating element and not getting too close which let silverware heat up and melt bottom of basket then flat ware would fall through hole.

After determining the correct part to replace, I called APP. Everyone I talked to was very courteous and helpful. The Tech's helped me to ensure the parts were correct and the right color. Then a technical question was answered with impressive "How To" information. Repair went like a breeze! Dishwasher works great. Wife's happy. these guy's ROCK !!!
