How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6013260 / WP8562043 Silverware Basket

FOUND THE SAME ONE WE HAD ON LINE AT APPLIANCE PARTS PRO. PERFECT FIT THANKS 

Bought exact replacement basket from AppliancePartsPro, removed old basket put in new basket. 

Bought a new one 

Simple…found ApplicancePartsPros.com in a search. Knew the part number…typed it into search. Bingo…there it was. Ordered. Arrived sooner than anticipated…delighted. Opened the box. Removed 15-year old basket and replaced it with the new basket. It fit. No more silverware dropping to the bottom of dishwasher . Delighted. 

Went online after finding the model # of my dishwasher and looked up Kitchenaid, to see if they had a comparable replacement. They did, but thought the price was a little excessive for a silverware basket. Then found AppliancePartsPros.com Their website was easy to navigate, prices were almost 50% less and they had it in stock! I will use them again when I need to replace some appliance parts. 

The purchased part was shipped promptly and is fine. It's not fixed to appliance so no installation, as such, was required. 

Replaced the chopper assembly. 

Ordered the exact same rack replacement. 

I bought the part and 1 day later it arrived and my wife replaced it! OMG what a great company. 

Replaced the Roller and a Silverware Basket.
