How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6005838 / WP2149540 Shelf Stud

I bought the self stud. and done its was fixed. 

It was quite easy to find the part from the online parts diagrams on the appliancepartspro website. The most helpful bit, however, was the short video on how to remove the broken stud and replace it without causing more problems by damaging the wall of the unit.

A couple of the studs broke, so I ordered all of them. With the video's on the web site, it was very easy to fix. 

I watched your very helpful video and installed the new pins. Watching the video is highly advised for the trick to successful broken pin removal and replacement.my expectation was that there were two pins in each package; fortunately I bought extra.
