How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP5631076 / W10337248 Microwave Turntable Coupler

I have used appliance parts pros before, their website is easy to use. I typed in the model and serial numbers, of course the number I have is rare, It did not show up on the list of models. It made me a little hesitant to submit the order. All three products came in the same box and on the same date it was promised. Just after opening the package I put everything in the microwave and I was relieved when everything fit perfectly. 

Replaced motor and inside coupler for glass tray. 

Ordered the missing part from you folks, arrived three days later and works like a charm! 

The parts pro I spoke to on the phone was very helpful in ordering the correct parts. I simply installed the ordered parts inside the convection/microwave. They fit perfectly.

Removed old parts and installed new ones which I received quickly from AppliancePartsPros 

I replaced the missing parts. 

Replaced the melted one with the new replacement part.
