Pretty easy fix. One trick is to get 2 S-hooks --
Shut off the power - remove the knobs and loosen screws behind them.
Remove 6 screws holding the front panel in place, use s hooks to support it while you swap out the switches.
Reinstall the front panel tighten the screws holding the switches in place and add the knobs. if the knob is loose, check that the little clip is not on the old switch still.
Restore power.
