First, I called our local appliance store to see if they might have this item in stock. No such luck.
Was told they could order one, but wouldn't get it until late next week. I decided to cut out the middle man and try to get it myself. Appliance Parts Pros was at the top of the results list, so looked them over, and was satisfied with what I saw. I chose to place my order over the phone. The young woman that assisted me was very professional, and personable. She took my information, and order was placed quickly. I ordered early enough that my order would be shipped same day, but, it was on the Friday before Labor Day weekend, so was told I would not receive item until Wed, probably. I was good with that. After I received the email with my order tracking information, I decided to see where my purchase was. Lo and behold, it was out for delivery! I got my purchase the next day, via FedEx. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER! If and when I have a need such as this again, I will be coming back.
