Tom C Rancho Santa Margarita , CA March 28, 2014 Two out of three cycles stopped working On a web chat with AppliancePartsPros, Nicole, the customer services rep, reached out to a repair expert and validated that the timer was likely the issue. I purchased the timer, replaced it in a matter of about 10 minutes (5 minutes of which included hunting around my house for my screw driver) and voila, all is working. Excellent support, right product, right solution, right company, doesn't get any better than that. Thanks,// Thomas A.
