How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6008832 / WP388257 Trim Ring (Decorative Trim), Single

Ordered the parts (dial, timer knob and ring) late Tues evening, They arrived on Saturday. Very easy repair. Took less than 10 minutes to complete. The replacement knob looks better made than the original. 

I ordered ring trim, dial and new knob from AppliancePartsPros. It was easy: unscrewed old parts and put on new. It only took a few minutes and worked great. Of course, I didn't have to remove covers, back panels, etc. Thanks for getting the parts out so quickly.
