Purchased a new control board after reading through all of the other repair stories from customers. The delivery was amazing - it arrived at my door in Calif from Kentucky in less than 24 hours! Watched the you.tube video describing how to access and replace the board first, then kept it available on my laptop as I worked through the repair with the help of my husband. Ours is a stackable Affinity unit and I was able to wiggle it out from the corner and get behind it to undo the two screws to remove the top. Then worked on the front panel using a ladder and it was all very easy. Because we proceeded carefully the entire repair took about 1 hour from start to finish (including cleanup). Thanks, Appliance Parts Pro for make this easy and inexpensive! Have already completed 2 loads of laundry and it was a relief not to have to call a technician or purchase a new washer/dryer set!
