Ordered a replacement baffle after watching Matt's video and seeing how straightforward it was to repair. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the old baffle to budge. Tried hot water, tapping with hammer, breaking it further . . . Called Whirlpool to confirm there was not a screw or anything else holding it down. Stepped back for 15 minutes to let our problem solving kick in. Came up with idea to put file into first hole for added leverage against the area of the baffle where the tabs connect. Snapped right out. Had to tweak some of the other tabs that were bent from trying to manipulate it, but then the new one snapped right in.
