I watched the video on a Utube publication.
The diagnosis was made by me according to the directons.
After tipping the washing machnge partly on its side.I unplugged it. Then the 3 screws were unscrewed and with help I slid the motor out of its holders.
And there it was, voila! The broken coupler in my 70 year-old hand!
Hooray for gray panthers!
Within 3 days the part arrived and we had it replaced within 15 minutes.
Boy do I feel POWERFUL now!!
