Our Kitchen Aid Classic Plus Stand mixer is approximately 16 years old. The attachment meat grinder, stopped working. I disassembled the mixer to see why it’s not working and found out that the two gears are worn out. By the part number I found this shop and ordered parts. I received parts the next day and build it up all together, with the help of the diagrams that where on the stores website. The instruments you need are only punchers. All the grease needs to be replaced. For me it was not that hard to do this because, even though it was my first time doing something like this with a mixer, I did similar things with other appliances. Thanks to this shop, I repaired my mixer for less than $40; and my wife wanted to get a new mixer for $350. I hope this helps somebody .
