Debbie W Nashville , AR February 11, 2017 Appliance: Model GTWN4000MOWS Back 'knob' panel was broken the timer kept falling out and we couldn't turn knob to start load We unscrewed the back panel and held the timer in place to turn the knob until we received the part. We removed the clamp behind the timer knob and slipped it off, as well as removing all the other knobs and removed the panel. Replacing the new one was it easy, it slipped into place, we turned the timer to pivot it in place and snapped the other knob assemblies back into place and it was done. Screw the panel back together and plugged it in! Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
