I first checked a repair video and found the procedure was a 10 minute job. I then went to the website, put in my stove model number and searched for the switch. While I was looking I was offered a chat session with one of their experts. I am glad that I accepted. The switch I was looking at was not the right switch for the job. My expert verified my model number and the switch that need to be replaced. After a couple of minutes, she came back with the right part and placed the order for me. It was shipped the next morning and I had the following day. The video was right. The job took less than 10 minutes. I spent more time cleaning the floor under the stove and the sides that were against to cabinets and countertop than I did with the repair.
