Pretty easy fix..be sure to unplug the range from the wall socket then remove only two screws and unplug two wires on the left and right of the element to remove and reinstall. Make sure once the wires are removed from the element that you tie something around both to keep them from slipping back into the holes at the back of the oven. If this happened it would be very hard to retrieve them. I used a couple of small wires to tie around the existing wires.
