Paul B Murrieta , CA August 24, 2016 Old baffle was loose then came off Watched video about how to change the baffle, then ordered one. It came in a day or two! I re-watched the video again, and completed the job with no problem. I also checked out how to change a broken inner glass on my built-In oven, and ordered the glass too.
