When I browsed your site for the part based upon my model number didn't work for the search. I then called your order line and the person there could not find it either. She said it was probably an older model range. She then referred it to your research department who phoned me within 24 hours with the part I needed for my beautiful old stove. To my astonishment the part arrived in less than 24 hours. When I went to install, the old range needed it's wires adapted to fit onto the new part. I then called a tech support helper who researched exactly what adaptive pieces I need and how to cinch them onto the wires. I was able to finish the job and now the oven works great. I highly recommend this excellent customer service oriented company.
