I searched on-line for the part and came up with their website. At first I couldn't find the actual model number for my oven so called and talked to a very nice woman in customer service who helped me figure that out. After I found the model number, I went back on-line and ordered. That was a cinch. I received the part the next day. Took it out of the box and installed it in a few minutes! (Don't forget to turn off the main power - either unplug the oven or flip the switch in the fuse box!)
