The baking element went out four days before Thanksgiving. I ordered the element and cleaned the oven while I waited on the part. Super fast shipping. It arrived in two days. 15 - 20 minutes to put the new element in. My wife was happy and I was happy that my wife was happy. Two screws to take out the bottom plate to expose the element. Two screws that hold the element down. One screw in the back where the element is connected. Two wires that just pull off of the old element and slide onto the new element. Too easy.
