Did it myself. Old one removed .removed the screws, slowly pulled out element from wall of stove.( make sure when you disconnect the wires that you do not let them fall back behind the insulation,that's a whole different ball game)connected the new element, push wires by in , screw it onto wall of oven . I used clips from closing open bags of chips to secure and stop the wires from falling back into stove.
