Replaced spider arm. While it didn't appear damaged/cracked, the heavy buildup of gunk on the frontside and backside caused the wash basket to spin out of balance--nasty to think your clothes are touched by this collection of nasty residue via the water wash cycle. While I probably could have cleaned it and reinstalled, I ordered the parts ahead of time and didn't want to take any chances the sludge was concealing any damage. Replaced the drum seal and 6 bolts--I agree should come with the spider arm--costly (at least 1-2 bolt heads will break off). Repair was easy after watching video. After several washes, still running great. No bouncing/banging and no leaks.--as long as you remember to put back the drain hose : )
