Did a goggle search to find out what could cause black stains on my clothes two thing were possible cause neither one was my problem 1) mold/soap scum on the gasket/seal around tub and door have a front loading washing machine and 2) main bearing starting to wear.I decided to open up my washer and found a black boot between my soap dispenser and the tub called the bellows after taking it out I notices soap scum that was visible and after sticking my hand into the bellows to clean it I notice the same black marks on my hand that could possibly causes my clothes staining did my first white wash and so far no black stain on my clothes
