Called the Viking authorized repair shop. They quoted $205. to install the switch and another $150. or so for the part itself. They did provide me with the proper switch part number since the original part was no longer available. Went to your site and got the part for $69. including shipping.
While removing the panel was tricky it by no means warranted a $205. labor estimate. Did the whole project in 45 minutes. I feel good!
