I'm such a pro, I figured I needed a new hose for my water
dispenser so I ordered it. When it arrived I called my handyman.
He told me I did not need a hose I needed
A cartridge. So I had to return the hose and
order the cartridge!
Your company was so cooperative and made the return so easy
