I would have had a difficult time fixing this had I not seen your video. It was a VERY SIMPLE repair but I would have been afraid to take pliers and bend the rack. I would have thought I was doing something wrong. Thank you for the time and expense put into making a video for such a simple repair on a product that you surely cannot be making a large profit on.
