Philllip L Graham , MO August 11, 2015 Bosh dishwasher was pumping out even with the door open I found water in the overflow pan on the bottom of the washer causing a float switch to be made which caused the pump to run all the time. The water was coming from the left side of the washer at a round float inside a clear water fill device. The float was stuck from gunk that had deposited around the float. I also found a hose below this float switch going to the bottom of the filter in the washer to be full of gunk. I found the fine wire round filter was damaged allowing food particles to go into the tube and fill float. I cleaned out all the gunk and bought a new filter from Appliance Parts pro.com. I cleaned the water out of the overflow pan. This fixed the problem. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 1-2 hours
