Eric K Hull , IA August 18, 2014 Bottom burner was burned out I was pretty confident I could replace the element on my own but I took the time to watch the how-to video on the website. We have slow internet so it took quite a while for the video to load. Waiting for the video to load and then watching the video took a lot longer than it actually took to replace the element. Two screws and two connectors and I was done. I've ordered from AppliancePartsPros before and will continue to order from them because of the instructions they provide.
