Followed the video instruction to diagnose problem.
ordered replacement element and it arrived the next day to my surprise.
replaced the element and oven repaired.
that's it. turn off breaker, remove two screws, unplug old element, plug in the new one, reinstall two screws, turn on breaker and test oven, done.
