I ordered a replacement element from you folks and you responded very quickly. The burn out occurred on Sunday at supper time. I ordered the replacement via your website on Sunday evening. The element arrived Wednesday afternoon. That is super fast service!! Fortunately, the old element was easy to remove and the new element was easily installed. THANK YOU MUCH!!!
