The local parts company told me that it was no longer available and the only option was an oven replacement. I had checked with them first because of the time factor. I had used your company in the past and was always pleased with the service, and Matt, the Appliance Video Superstar, has given me confidence to do things that I had often thought were beyond my abillity. Anyhow, two screws and five days later the correct part was installed and is broiling away in my oven as I type.
