Replaced the base (plastic) which requires that you unmount the oven door (easily pulls off of mounting hinges by just lifting up). Then you take the door apart taking screws off of all 4 sides of the door. Then you can unscrew the mounting bracket, screw the old handle into the new mounting bracket and reassemble.
The whole process took about 20 minutes.
