Broke a piece on my dishawasher upper rack. it's the kind of thing you figure you'd never find anywhere. so we weren't using the top rack at all, because every time hyou did, you pulled the whole top rack out onto the floor.
thank god for these appliance pro guys. i probably would have had to buy another dishrack for a $150. all you need is the appliance number and they have pictures of all the assemblies in your machine and then the photos of the parts. so you can easily find anything, without knowing what it's called. and wiht the diagrams and the photos, you're certain you're getting the piece you need. the crappy little plastic part was expensive, about 8 dollars, with shipping it was about $15 for something worth probably 25cents. but if i had a technician do it, it would have been a hundred dollars at least. and fast? they got me the part in ONE DAY. hoo hah. that's the kind of business that could save america.
