Purchased replacement knob. Needed only one knob, but discovered that the original knob design is no longer available so had to purchase a complete 6 knob replacement set in order to have matching control knobs on the cooktop. I used the online chat service at the site while looking for the correct replacement control knob and the person who assisted me was knowledgeable and helpful.
