I watched a YouTube video and decided that replacing the dishwasher door latch could not be that hard. I located the latch using my dishwasher model number and customer service verified that it was the correct part. It arrived at my door less than 24 hours after I ordered it! The repair took about an hour bc I was unsure of what I was doing but I got it done! Saved myself several hundred dollars with the price quotes I had received from appliance repair companies. I will use this company again.
